つわりな日々 終息の気配・・・・
現在12週、いわゆる妊娠4ヶ月。
問題のつわりだが、どうやら終息の気配が・・！
食事もだいぶまともに取れるようになり、食欲もある。吐く回数も確実に減りつつあり、眠る時間も減った。（つわり最盛期には1日15時間以上寝ていた）
倦怠感と疲労感は以前よりむしろ強い気もするので、まだ「元気」とはほど遠いけれど、それでもあのムカムカ感がなくなっただけでも随分と楽。16週くらいになるとウソのように元気になる、という話を信じて頑張ろう。終わらないつわりはない！
妊婦なると「あれも出来ない、これも出来ない」と出来ないこと探しをする人が多く、ちょっとうんざり。タバコとお酒はNGでも、それ以外はほぼ今まで通りにしている私。幸いつわり以外は順調で、妊娠したといってもお腹が重たくなってきたわけでもまだなく、今までとあまり変わらない。
ちょっと重たいものを持つとすぐに「妊婦が重たい物を持って！」と顔をしかめる人がいるが、そんなこと言っていたら6キロもあるフィーも抱っこできないじゃないの！バッテリー込みで7キロある16インチモニタの
ノートパソコン抱えて、プレゼンにも駆け回っているのにさ～。
幸いウチの母親は私が
「つわりで仕事がきつい・・」
などと泣き言を電話で言おうものなら
「あなたなんて恵まれている。ほとんどパソコンの前に座っているだけでしょう！どれだけの妊婦が立ち仕事を臨月までこなしていると思っているの！」と一喝し、
「周りに『妊婦はそんなことしちゃダメだ』とうるさく言う人が居たら、キャサリン・ゼタジョーンズは妊娠3ヶ月の頃、『シカゴ』の撮影をしてた、と言ってやりなさい」
とのたまう。
そう、母は強し。
同居人の叔母さんも同じタイプで、私が出産後の育児と仕事の両立について不安を口にしたら
「子供を産んだらまた違うパワーが、違うところから沸いてくるから大丈夫！子供を仕事が出来ない言い訳にしないで、子供からパワーをもらいなさい！」
と、これまた一喝されてしまった。
私の周りの女性は皆強い。私も強くいたい。強いことは美しい！
つわり中は弱気の虫で泣き言も言ったけれど、最近また元気が出てきた。いつもの前向き人間に戻り、頑張ろう！
