庭その4 目土とオーバーシーディング
3月8日に目土してみた。
去年9月に植え付けた芝生は結局全部生えそろわないうちに冬を迎え、休眠してしまった。一度も青々とした芝を見ていないまま早6ヶ月。今年の夏にかける期待は大きいのです。
で、より丈夫な芝に育ってもらうべく、肥料をまぜてせっせと目土。凸凹も解消され、見た目はキレイ。調子にのって西洋芝のオーバーシーディングも試みたのだけど時期的には秋がベストらしく、春のオーバーシーディングは元々植えてある高麗芝と今から芽を出す西洋芝の成長がバッティングして良くない、と書いてあるページを、種を蒔いてしまった後に発見！
まぁ何とかなるさ・・・。高麗芝、西洋芝、どっちも頑張れ！
